Mark the date when you begin your two months. for two months eat only two meals per day with one of those meals being a larger meal. if you accidentally eat more than twice a day reset your starting day to today. if after 2 months you still have trouble eating two meals a day add another 2 months.
each day after you say your mirror mantra add in this mantra:
I want to be in control of my own body. I don't want to eat more than I was envolved to. I want to unleash my inner strength. I want to get healthy by doing two meals a day fast. I want to heal my spirit by fixing my biochemistry. I am doing this because I care about myself and those around me. I want to eat two meals a day to become a better person.
when you have completed your two months of two meals a day remove the previously mentioned mantra and add this phrase to the end of your mirror mantra:
I only eat two meals a day
