tai chi are the best exercise to control the energy of your body. When you practice tai chi you will become healthier and feel better. Burpees will cause a chain reaction in your biochemistry that will transform your body. your blood pressure will go down and your stress levels will go down. you will feel more energetic throughout the day.
Mark the date when you begin your two months. For two months do total of atleast 10 minutes of Tai chi per day. Make sure to watch on youtube to get proper form. If you slip below ten reset your start date.
each day after you say your mirror mantra add in this mantra:
I want to be in control of my own chi. I don't want to have blocked energies or depend on a gym. I want to unleash my inner strength. I want to get healthy by doing Tai chi. I want to heal my spirit by fixing my biochemistry. I am doing this because I care about myself and those around me. I want to practice tai chi to become a better person.
when you have completed your two months and are doing at least ten minutes of Tai chi per day remove the previously mentioned mantra and add this phrase to the end of your mirror mantra:
I have mastered the daily habit of practicing Tai chi.
