sugar will destroy your health, energy levels, and sleep with prolonged habitual use. when you abuse sugar you will feel worse over time. sugar will cause a chain reaction in your biochemistry that will transform your body. your brain will slowly become damaged. your organs will become sickly. sugar is so addictive it will compel you to spend your money every day to have energy. if you are caught without your sugar you will be drained. furthermore you train your brain's happy response to be dependant on chemicals. sugar is one of the most addictive things in the world besides hardcore drugs. it is one of the most difficult things to quit. one of the best ways to remove a lot of sugar from your life is to switch from regular soda to zero sugar soda. note that this is different from diet soda which tastes like shit. zero sugar soda which is branded as zero taste a lot better. it can take a couple weeks to get used to the taste but once you are used to the taste it is so much better for your body than drinking sugary soda.

mark the date when you begin your two months. For two months don't drink any drink that contains sugar or fat, only drinks branded zero sugar. If you accidently drink sugar, reset your start day to today. if you still feel the urge to drink sugar after two months, add another two months.

each day after you say your mirror mantra add in this mantra:
I want to be in control of my own body and mind. I don't want to waste my money or my health on sugar. I want to unleash my inner strength. I want to get healthy by learning to have energy on my own. I want to heal my spirit by fixing my biochemical addiction. I am doing this because I care about myself and those around me. I want to quit sugar to become a better person.
when you have completed your two months and and no longer feel an urge to drink sugar, remove the previously mentioned mantra and add this phrase to the end of your mirror mantra:

I am free from sugary drinks.
