one meal a day is one of the best ways to lose weight and to keep that weight off. one meal a day will save you time and effort. it costs less to eat one meal a day. during one meal a day fasting one fasts for 23 hours per day and has a 1 hour eating window. during this one hour eating window you can eat as much as you want and you generally eat until you feel uncomfortable eating anymore. you were not evolved to constantly have food all the time you were evolved to go through periods where you didn't have any food and had to live off of your fat reserves. one meal a day will cause a chain reaction in your biochemistry that will transform your body.
Mark the date when you begin your two months. for two months fast for 23 hours a day and have a 1 hour eating window. if you accidentally eat more than once a day reset your starting day to today. if after 2 months you still have trouble eating one meal a day add another 2 months.
each day after you say your mirror mantra add in this mantra:
I want to be in control of my own body. I don't want to eat more than I was envolved to. I want to unleash my inner strength. I want to get healthy by doing a one meal a day fast. I want to heal my spirit by fixing my biochemistry. I am doing this because I care about myself and those around me. I want to eat one meal a day to become a better person.
when you have completed your two months of one meal a day remove the previously mentioned mantra and add this phrase to the end of your mirror mantra:
I have mastered the art of the fast.
