becoming a meditator is to be spiritual. it will unlock your own spiritual practice. meditation lowers your cortisol and blood pressure. meditation will speed your maturity and personal growth. meditation will make you feel good without any drugs and without spending money. meditation will cause a chain reaction in your biochemistry that will transform your body. your brain will slowly heal itself. meditation helps to prevent cancer and increase your lifespan. meditation is free and you can do it anywhere. meditation trains your brain on discipline and positive psychology. in meditation you can astral project to experience anything that you desire like in a lucid dream. furthermore you train your brain's happy response to be active all the time.
mark the date when you begin your two months. for two months meditate for at least 10 minutes a day. If you accidently meditate for less than 10 minutes, reset your start day to today. if you still find it difficult to meditate after two months, add another two months.
each day after you say your mirror mantra add in this mantra:
I want to be in control of my own body and mind. I don't want to spend my time and energy on something I know will help me. I want to unleash my inner spirituality. I want to get healthy by learning to exist on my own without needing external conditions to be a certain way. I want to heal my spirit by fixing my biochemistry. I am doing this because I care about myself and those around me. I want to meditate everyday to become a better person.
when you have completed your two months and and no longer feel reluctant to meditate remove the previously mentioned mantra and add this phrase to the end of your mirror mantra:
I have mastered the habit of meditating daily.
