Burpees are the best bodyweight exercise to build muscles. When you do burpees you will become stronger and healthier and feel better. Burpees will cause a chain reaction in your biochemistry that will transform your body.

Mark the date when you begin your two months. For two months don total of atleast 10 burpees per day. Make sure to watch on youtube to get proper form. If you slip below ten reset your start date.

each day after you say your mirror mantra add in this mantra:
I want to be in control of my own muscles. I don't want to waste away or depend on a gym. I want to unleash my inner strength. I want to get healthy by doing burpees. I want to heal my spirit by fixing my biochemistry. I am doing this because I care about myself and those around me. I want to do burpees to become a better person.
when you have completed your two months and are doingaa at least ten burpees per day remove the previously mentioned mantra and add this phrase to the end of your mirror mantra:

I have mastered daily bodybuilding.
